This apartment complex checked off all the boxes for my husband and I. It’s in a quiet part of town, close to mountains for hiking and the price point is perfect for us. Definitely consider coming to visit for a tour.

Sonoran reserve is amazing I have lived living here I moved here about 5 months ago and have not one bad thing to say. Any issues are always resolved, maintance is on top of everything pool is always clean and open it’s such a positive environment. Forsure stop by and give them a chance to show you that Sonoran reserve is the home you’ve been looking for

This place is so cute , the pool is gorgeous, I love it has washer n dryer in the unit. The gym is amazing. Shirley was so nice and showed me around and was able to address all my concerns

I had an amazing experience during my visit to this apartment complex! From the moment I arrived, Shirley’s staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming—they truly made me feel at home. The property itself is just as impressive: clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Everything exceeded my expectations. I'm genuinely looking forward to calling this place home. Highly recommended!

Such an amazing place to call home. Grounds are absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Anytime I have a maintenance issue. They’re always quick to respond. Definitely best in class service if you’re looking for a place to call home stop by and see why this should be your last choice.

Such an amazing property and the entire staff is so welcoming. Went in for a visit. Im.not looking u til 2026 school year but I will definitely pick this place.

Living at Sonoran Reserve Apartments has been a good experience. Since Shirley Hawse became the new property manager, she’s been super helpful and quick to handle any issues around the property. The staff is friendly, maintenance gets done fast, and the place is kept pretty clean. It's a nice, quiet spot and overall a solid place to live.
