Great location and the community at Sonoran Reserve is really safe and clean. Management does a really fun job at having events for resident appreciation.

I’ve been here for more than 3 years and the best manager I’ve had is Sabrina. She is really helpful with any issue you have. Also the maintenance team is the best. They solve every problem at a proper time.

I have lived at Sonoran Reserve for over four months now and have had a great experience! The maintenance staff is very responsive and have helped me with any problems I've encountered. Furthermore, the front desk made my move-in process very seamless. Would recommend!

A very friendly staff who are attentive to the needs of the residents.They are very easy to reach and maintenance requests are quickly dealt with if they're ever needed. The grounds are kept clean, and neighbors are very respectful of quiet hours.

great place with good amenities, a little off the beaten path but still close enough to everything to not impact regular every day life. I'v elived here for 1.5 years now and it has been nothing but great. Front desk staff and maintenance respond quickly.

I had a super brief period in which to find an apartment so I could vacate the place where I had been staying. Jack worked with me through every step of getting the application papers together. He understood the pressure I was enduring; and he was patient and encouraging as I rushed to apply for an apartment before the holiday so I could use the Thanksgiving break to move in. Jack and (the Manager) stayed past closing time to help me complete the application process, to walk through the apartment before move-in, and in giving me keys. I recommend both for a raise in pay!

Maintenance staff is always prompt and looks to solve the issues. They replaced my bad dryer and left the space clean and neat when finished. All I can ask for! Thx.
