Felt welcomed and comfortable at Sonoran Reserve from the moment of moving in. The management team, especially, has been incredibly helpful and professional. The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Super friendly staff, and a clean property. It’s hard to ask for more. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here and would highly recommend Sonoran reserve to any potential renters.

Management actually solves problems. I’ve lived here for almost a year, and it’s refreshing to see a property management team go beyond the bare minimum. They genuinely want residents to enjoy living here, not just pay rent and deal with issues. If you want a place where management takes real ownership, this is it.

Love the apartment size and amenities that it comes with. I enjoy the pool with the grill at night. Love having barbecues and making food there. The club house is a plus with games and a kitchen for a get together.

Been here since January and me and my family love it. The front office is great. Maintenance is also great and efficient. Very close to a lot of places too and don’t have to drive too far out for anything. Love Sonoran Reserves!

Just renewed my lease because I love it here so much :) The staff here are amazing. They are super nice and very efficient at the their jobs. The amenities and club house are nice and clean. Lastly, I love how the front office keeps us updated on everything going on. Really good communication 🫶🏻
