Office staff is super friendly and the maintenance always gets my work orders done in a timely manner. Would recommend living here to everyone.

I LOVE these apartments and the staff here!!! The views are also amazing if you love watching the sun rise or set behind a mountain ( WHO DOESN'T!!!) Again, the staff has always helped me with anything I need and kept a smile. They also throw AMAZING pool parties for the residents that make you feel like your home with family for a BBQ.

Every concern is always met! Property is always maintained! Maintenance orders are processed immediately! Everyone in the front office is extremely helpful with good customer service!

I have been working with Sonoran reserve for many years. This property is an absolute gem Shirley It’s always so pleasant every time I go in the office. She and the entire staff are a complete delight to work with If you’re looking for a beautiful property with even more beautiful views of the city and surrounding areas, definitely gives an orange reserve a look, You will not be disappointed
