Cheap rent , friendly residents , wonderful staff and a overall great place to experience college life .

Okay, I actually go to University Villa, but their shuttle's suck and so after waiting an hour for my shuttle, one of the drivers took pity on me and tool me home so thank you gateway for being so kind

I normally dont do reviews but i will give my feedbak. My sister lives here now and I used to live here before and left because the apartmenst would get crazy. people drinking in parking lots all the time, parties everywhere. No one to take control of the problems. My sister lives here and we used to be concerned about her well being and safety. She has been there for less than a year and this place is totally different. They have added security, which by the way are very good. We have seen how they dont put up w bs and they dont allow outsiders anymore to come ruin the quiet. Break ins in to cars used to happen before. People that didnt live there used to go and parti at the apartments. Its nothing like that. They are Remodeling and adding new stuff to the wheigh room. Thank you gateway for making this place safe and quiet. And thank your security for actually changing things for the better.

This community has always been great and helpful so far. I've never experienced many conflicts with management and find myself living comfortably enough here. The community events that the management hold are great, and only further my support for them. All in all, this is an excellent place to live.

Need a place to leave that's much cheaper than the dorms while going to college? Gateway is the place. Honestly I love bringing over friends who live in the dorms and having them regret spending $6000 to share a room with some random person. For less, I am able to get a 4 bedroom apartment that has a kitchen, dinning room, laundry room, and a bathroom in each room. Think about it.

Great place to stay at, everyone from front desk to workers are kind, and really helpful. The shuttle is a life saver as well can go from pima community college to UOA and anywhere in between.
