We have lived here for a little over a year and have thoroughly appreciated what Sonoran Reserve provides us. Our unit is a nice size and quality, the location is peaceful, the communal resources like the pool and gym are great, and I have to give a special shout-out to the maintenance staff: every time I have submitted a maintenance request, it has been taken care of within a few days, and usually the very next day! They've got a great team!

Well I might be his wife but still I think my husband Robert Harrison is such an absolutely amazing maintenance guy he makes sure people's air conditioners are working he's making sure that everything in their apartment is working for them and letting them know if it doesn't work please call the hotline and tell them and I'll get called back out to fix it so my view is for Robert Harrison who does the pool ACS cleans the grounds emptied the pool bags and most of the turns keep up the good work Robert Harrison your family appreciates it

I had a super brief period in which to find an apartment so I could vacate the place where I had been staying. Jack worked with me through every step of getting the application papers together. He understood the pressure I was enduring; and he was patient and encouraging as I rushed to apply for an apartment before the holiday so I could use the Thanksgiving break to move in. Jack and (the Manager) stayed past closing time to help me complete the application process, to walk through the apartment before move-in, and in giving me keys. I recommend both for a raise in pay!

I drive to the gates of Sonoran Reserve, and both gates welcome me like a well-known friend, opening simultaneously. Of course, it's hard to pick my favorite, but I always enter the left gate for its scenery. I park my car, walk up to the correct apartment, and rap on the door. Todd warmly greets me and beckons me in. We sit down for tea and polite conversation, which soon becomes foaming at the mouth and raging about politics. The apartment soon becomes a mess, and Todd's heart is broken. What have I done, Sonoran Reserve?

I came in for a tour and was quite amazed at what is offered here. The grounds clean and flowers maintained. I saw one bedroom, remodeled very nicely decorated. I felt very welcomed. Thank you Cristy Cueva!

A good complex for people to get a good foothold in Tucson, it's quite a nice place despite some rather unfortunate issues I had personally experienced during my time living there such as small flooding from heavy rains or lack of pool availability, but I'd say these are merely seasonal issues.

I love living at Sonora reserve my apartment is awesome and the staff is wonderful very friendly and helpful. The office always picks up the phone and my service request get done right away. Not only that but the amenities are always clean and well put together free gym free pool and the package system is awesome! Definitely recommend! 😁

I have lived in multiple apartment complexes and Sonoran Reserve has hands down been the best. The manager is always very helpful and when I have made any work orders their maintenance staff is always here within a couple days. Would definitely recommend Sonoran Reserve to my family and friends.

New appliances, custom interior and exterior paint, new laminate flooring, new sinks, new toilets. That was the big appeal for me (along with the location) and I look forward to our stay here. Our amazing view of the pool doesn't hurt either.

I am loving the experience I have had with Sonoran reserve! All the new upgrades and new amenities are looking so amazing! The staff is so marvelous, Go Sonoran reserve ! The girl with the dimple piercing is so cute. Now that the new management took over it’s a better atmosphere and things are getting better. Even maintenance is one time, proactive, and all around wonderful. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and VERY RESPONSIVE!

Have to say I was a bit hesitant to submit application at this place due to the bad reviews, long story short, my husband and I HAD to move somewhere affordable and close to university, Mirra the new manager has gone above and beyond to accommodate our special needs, never at any time we’re we uncomfortable or disappointed with our home. We are realistic and understand that they are under new management so things take a minute to be tweaked out and done properly. We look forward to the new team continuing to make our stay pleasant.

Wow, what a transformation! You can tell that the community had been neglected over the years. The new owners and management company have gone full throttle in upgrading and bringing this property back to the premier community it once was! We now have a gated community, the parking lot is finally being repaired and the cleanliness of the community is 1000% improved. The team is experienced, professional and available for all residents needs. The office staff knows the residents and the property like the back of their hands and are quick to provide support in anything a resident may need. The maintenance staff has been working tirelessly to complete all work orders and upgrades and you can really tell that they care about this community. Change is never easy, and sometimes it can appear to be a slow moving process. However, the commitment to bringing excellence to the community is obvious and I am certain that the positive changes will become more and more apparent and worth the process to get there.

I normally dont do reviews but i will give my feedbak. My sister lives here now and I used to live here before and left because the apartmenst would get crazy. people drinking in parking lots all the time, parties everywhere. No one to take control of the problems. My sister lives here and we used to be concerned about her well being and safety. She has been there for less than a year and this place is totally different. They have added security, which by the way are very good. We have seen how they dont put up w bs and they dont allow outsiders anymore to come ruin the quiet. Break ins in to cars used to happen before. People that didnt live there used to go and parti at the apartments. Its nothing like that. They are Remodeling and adding new stuff to the wheigh room. Thank you gateway for making this place safe and quiet. And thank your security for actually changing things for the better.

Need a place to leave that's much cheaper than the dorms while going to college? Gateway is the place. Honestly I love bringing over friends who live in the dorms and having them regret spending $6000 to share a room with some random person. For less, I am able to get a 4 bedroom apartment that has a kitchen, dinning room, laundry room, and a bathroom in each room. Think about it.
